Story Sack Project
We hosted a special celebration for parents involved in the Story Sack Project. Our special guests attended the Junior assembly, where they were presented with certificates. Each story sack group then took part in a storytelling session using one of the new story sacks. The children were really excited to see what was in the story sack and it really added to the ‘magic’ of the stories. We were delighted to welcome Maeve McGarvey, Donegal Adult Education (V.E.C.) who had provided funding for the project.
Congratulations to our participants, P. McC., J. M., D. M., C. O’S., S. M., F.W., J. M. and M. R., and thank you for your wonderful creative work. The pupils will treasure your story sacks in the years ahead.
