Book Day' we had a full week of packed activities celebrating
reading, with a special theme of 'Where the Wild Things Are' |

| Our school choir went to the local concert
given by the African 'Watoto
Choir'. We sang as well as danced! |

| The parents took part in a 'Story
Sack' project over some weeks, preparing wonderfully creative
resources to accompany storybooks. |

| For 'Earth
Day' we had great fun doing art and craft, gardening, nature study
and creating chalk picture paths around the playground. |

| 6th class really enjoyed their trip to Gartan
Outdoor Pursuit Centre |

| The staff had a fun tea
party after school one afternoon to say goodbye to Mrs. Sterritt.

was, as usual a great success, helped this year by lovely sunny weather! |

| Our final school assembly
in June was a lovely occasion. We also said a sad goodbye to Mrs.
Marina Sterritt who retired from teaching and the post of vice-principal.
We will all be thinking of her! |
